Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These terms are between you and iSerbe (“we”, “us”), which operates the iSerbe app and the website at iserbe.com. By creating an account or using iSerbe, you agree to them. If you're signing up for a business, you're confirming you're allowed to agree on its behalf.

How we handle personal information is covered separately, in our Privacy Policy.

01What iSerbe is

iSerbe is a sales-tracking app for small businesses — cafés, restaurants, retail and grocery shops. You use it to record sales, manage your products and stock, give your staff accounts, and see how the business is doing.

iSerbe does not handle your customers' money. You take payment however you already do — cash, card, e-wallet — and iSerbe records which method was used. We never hold or transfer those funds.

02Your account and your staff

You sign up with an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

The owner can create accounts for staff and choose what each one can see and do. Those accounts are yours to manage — you're responsible for who you give access to, what they do with it, and removing them when they leave.

03Your data

Your business data stays yours. Your products, sales, stock and staff records belong to you. We store and process them so the app works, and to keep it running and secure. We don't sell them.

You're responsible for what goes in — including making sure you're allowed to store any personal information you enter about your staff or customers.

04Trial, plans and payment

New businesses get 14 days free with full access. No card is needed to start, so nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends — some features simply become limited until you pick a plan.

There are two paid plans, monthly or annual, with current pricing at iserbe.com/#pricing:

  • Essential — the owner's account only, up to 25 products, 25 add-ons and 25 stock items.
  • Premium — unlimited staff and items, email alerts, full reporting with CSV export, the order queue, and customers with rewards.

Payments are handled by Creem, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — only the brand and last four digits, so you can tell which card is on file. Your payment is also covered by Creem's own terms.

Subscribing authorises a recurring charge until you cancel.

If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days beforehand by email or in the app. The new price only applies from your next renewal after that notice period — never partway through a period you've already paid for. If you'd rather not pay the new price, you can cancel any time before then from the billing page.

05Cancelling, and deleting your account

Cancel any time from the billing page. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and there's no partial refund for the unused part. After that, paid features are limited — but you can still view and export everything you've recorded.

Fees are otherwise non-refundable, unless the law says otherwise or we said otherwise when you bought. If you think you were charged in error, email us.

Deleting your business is permanent. It erases your products, stock, sales history and every staff account immediately, and we cannot bring any of it back. Export anything you want to keep first.

06Fair use

Use iSerbe for a real business, and follow the law. Don't try to reach another business's data, get around the role or PIN controls, break the service, resell access to it, or take it apart to copy it.

07What's ours

The app itself — the software, the name and the design — stays ours. Using iSerbe doesn't transfer any of that to you. You get permission to use it for your business while your account is active, and nothing more.

08What we don't promise

iSerbe is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and we may change or remove features as the product develops.

Your reports are only as good as what was entered. Dashboards and totals are calculated from what you and your staff record, so check them yourself before relying on them for accounting, tax or anything legal.

09Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of iSerbe.

Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose.

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used iSerbe, what you put into it, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

10Ending access

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, that has a payment problem left unresolved after we've asked, or that we reasonably suspect is fraudulent. Where the issue is billing, you'll usually still be able to view and export your data.

You can end things at any time by cancelling, or by deleting your business account.

11Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and for anything significant we'll tell you in the app or by email. Carrying on using iSerbe after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute goes to the courts there.
